Because Israel is a humanitarian country. Our doctors recognise only one thing: a person's medical needs. they don't care what nationality he/she is. If Israel is treating Islamists so as to build up an intelligence picture, fine. But if Israel is treating them out of "humanitarian" concerns, that is frankly insane. These Islamists would slit a Jew's throat with no more thought than they would give if they stepped on an ant. And they would go out of their way to do it. They are Jew haters and killers and if they die in war with Assad, all the better.
