Initially Britain left both sides of the Jordan as the possible site of the Jewish state, but Churchill then gave 77% to form the Arab Kingdom of Jordan on the East Bank on condition the British-appointed King of Jordan recognise the Jewish National Home on the West Bank from the River Jordan to the Mediterranean Sea. The two state solution has failed. Annex whatever we need from the disputed territories, establish a defensible border, seal it off and throw away the key. Leave what's east of it for Jordan to care for. Within short they will have to occupy, annex or whatever they would like to call it. Problem solved. International pressure? The only reason there is international pressure is because Israel fears it. Fear not and it will disappear.
