Actually it is forbidden by law - both international and Israeli law protecting human rights for all (eg see the Universal Declaration of Human Rights Article 18) - to prevent non-Muslim prayer on what is actually the holiest Jewish site of all, the Temple Mount. Way past time that human rights are actually upheld there and law PROPERLY applied. After all, it is no more outrageous to prevent Jews from openly visiting and praying on the Temple Mount (NB the Temple Mount is huge and many rabbis consider that most of it is halachically fine for Jews to visit, so long as they are properly prepared with mikvah and non-leather shoes) than it would actually be to prevent Muslims from praying and worshipping at Mecca which has the holiest Islamic sites of all.
