Jerusalem has been united, and will never be relinquished. The Golan Heights are forever a part of Israel, as well. The problem with the "Palestinians" is that they keep whining about a "just peace," which they define as being a peace which gives them everything they demand. Having started -- and lost -- six wars, not to mention nearly a century of violence and terror, they don't get to set any terms or conditions. They have to make do with what Israel may very generously allow them, or settle for nothing at all.

Israel's true path to peace is exactly the same as that of the WW II Allies. Total victory over "Palestinian" poseurs, with absolutely no concessions.

something so funny, on one hand some news are saying this piece of paper will not be on the table for a long time, but as it says in the article, this is a decade long piece of paper, so it has been on the table for the past 12 years since 2002, on the other hand, others are saying Abbas will ask the summit to reconfirm it, and my guess will be that he will do just that, somebody like Abbas who bases his strategy on negotiations till u drop that will do just that.

Politicians in the PA naturally support the arab plan as Abbas has just given his backing to it. Politicians in Israel are probably the likes of Zouabi & Tibi and possibly a couple of Meretz MKS but nobody with any substantial influence in Israeli politics. Israel has already flatly rejected the arab plan because its an ultimatum of give up every inch of land liberated in 1967 everything from Jerusalem - the Golan or there is no deal nothing to negotiate. There is no way that Israel will ever be able to go with the arab plan because its to hardline to ever be accepted in the referendum that must be held if any government wants to give away land so if it fails the referendum its back to square 1 so no point in pushing for a deal that will probably fail in a referendum.
