Religious authorities are often called upon by the Archeological teams . There is a standard procedure for digs in UK and some other European Countries, the public authority, local land owners, utilities ( where appropriate ) all work together on a dig. If there are issues of religious sensitivity, burials - mass graves - Treblinka or more recently ex Yugoslavia then relevant religious body is consulted over the sensitive issues of moving graves, respecting the dead and religious traditions of those found. As Treblinka was a site of mass murder of Jews then it is obvious that Jewish Religious authority was consulted. Moslem leaders were and are still being consulted when mass graves are discovered and examined in Bosnia. A horrific task for those doing the work, in the case of Bosnia it has been possible to identify some remains and then bury with dignity. Obviously this cannot be done at Treblinka. Now get back to your sesspit of ignorance and hate. Or maybe you could do something useful, donate your time and money to the graves project in Rwanda, they are desperate for funds to examine recently found mass graves, but would they want your dirty money?

Everybody knows that Treblinka existed and that genocide went on there with or without gas chambers. Treblinka should not be treated as an archeological site, we know all we need to know about the place and what went on there. Unless there is a plan to dig up all the bones and rebury them in Israel then leave the whole site as the grave it is and nothing more.
