The Nazis wanted to murder almost all the people living in the East but they were happy to use Eastern and Central European collaborators to do the dirty work in the first instance. Expulsion from Spain took place in 1492. Holland was Catholic prior to 1570's and only after that date part of Netherlands became Calvinist the other part remained Catholic ,...
