First off, it is not the United States' place to try and intervene. Secondly it doe not matter what Israel or the US says, the arabs will not agree. These negotiations should have been 99% settled by now. Anything that construed a PA position or comprimise that divides Jersualem is not part of the discussion. The US or Kerry is not a negotiator if they offer an opinion publicly.
