Hitler ate vegetables, so everyone who eats vegetables acts like Hitler? Putin's expansion into Crimea was a response to a violent coup in the Ukraine. Since Putin supports the legal Ukraine government, I am not sure what he did is even illegal. Hitler's expansion into Sudetenland was unprovoked by anything the Czech government did, so was certainly different than Putin. In any case, the Sudetenland was a minor crime that would not have earned Hitler a footnote in history. I have a bad feeling that Herr Schaeuble is trying to whitewash Hitler by making false comparisons. It would be interesting to know if Schaeuble knows anything about who financed the pro-Euro coup in Ukraine.

By an overwhelming majority I might add. How does that make him into some sort of Hitler? The rhetoric being used by the West would be laughable if it weren't so dangerous to the whole Western economy and world peace. It wouldn't take much for the Russians and Chinese to cause a stampede away from the petro-dollar and that will be the end of the USSA and Western vulture capitalism. They are lucky that Putin is a very logical and careful man. I admire him.

Germany has to keep quiet and is in no position to lecture/to judge the Russian Federation, according to history. The United States and other superpowers are not better than Russia. We can say a lot about Vladimir Putin, but he defends his people and his country in the international community. May Israel, with Jerusalem exist forever and always!
