1. Can't the PA be taken to court in most of these institutions
Zoni   (04.03.14)
They use children as weapons, incite hatred, women are not treated equal, many disabled and homosexual move to Israel due to discrimination, Its illegal to sell land to Jews, corruption is normal, their leaders admit to carrying out and supporting terrorist acts, Enough said
2. this will backfire on the arabs
CJK   (04.03.14)
they will be held responsible for all of their acts of terror and for their maltreatment of their population.
3. #2
(04.03.14)
International Law is a farce, just a facade where the strong impose their will on the weak. International Law did not stop the dismemberment of Yugoslavia, the brutal bombing of Libya, or the "liberation" of Georgia. The Arabs will never be held responsible, the Jews will be punished for crimes they did not commit
4. Israel must threaten other countries with ICC
Joe Fraser ,   Canada   (04.03.14)
If Israel is made to stand alone, it should file ther same claims of war crimes and illegal occupation against Russia for South Ossetia and Crimea, China for Tibet, the UK for the Falklands etc... Add to that the numerous war crimes and human rights violations of many Muslim states and the Pals. The ICC will have a serious backlog. Enough cowering and bending to left wing nuts, Islamofascists, and dictatorial regimes.
5. Great! annexing area C will end any argument of occupation
(04.03.14)
the main basis for "occupation" was Israels unwillingness to annex the arabs. However, they can annec C with a majority of Jews and claim A&B for future negotiations. A pal state will allow Israel to abandon Oslo and make a paradigm shift to protect its claims, its jewish population of C and the Jordanian border. Many states have border disputes and possession has always governed. They will need agreements with Israel to enter and leave their "pal state"
