the arab palestinians want the united nations to give them a state by fiat. in this quest, they are supported by the arab league and most likely by obama and susan rice. however, the un does not have the authority to create states or to determine the borders of sovereign states. hence, even if the un admitted a palestinian state, if obama decides to withhold the american veto, nothing will have been resolved. borders, etc...will remain unresolved.

Forget these slap-on-the-wrist sanctions. Impose a TOTAL Israeli boycott on Fictional Palestine. Not a gram of food. Not a watt of electricity. Not a single shekel. No protection. No materials. No medicine. NOTHING for Fictional Palestine. At the same time, annex Judea and Samaria.

We should also immediately revoke all the work permits issued to Arabs in Judea and Samaria, and encourage the settlement industries to terminate the employment of all "Palestinians." Abbas can unilaterally ratify some more conventions. I don't see how that will turn the lights back on, or how it will provide fresh water; nor do I see how it would help encourage investment in the "Palestine" Authority, or reduce unemployment. Truth be told, I'm not sure how it will help pay back the billions of sheqels in loans, either. Fiscally and morally bankrupt as the "Palestine" Authority is, perhaps they can pry some money out of their brother Arabs, especially the really wealthy ones in the Kingdom and in the Gulf. Yeah, right. As if that will happen! Abbas has sown the wind. Let's see how well he reaps the whirlwind.

what the use of any Talks? if there are preconditions... and fhreats and "punishments" acts because the other party reject the preconditions...freeze settlemnets or else bids in UN bodies, Freeze orelse refuse to talk... most moronic part is UN allowed this kind of preconditions.. .yet when Israel set her own predondition in accept "Jewish stste"...everyone roar like Katy, saying not the rigtht time...talked about freezing ALSO NOT THE RIGHT TIME.anything everything should be left only on the table when both sides sit togethe! Both sides come empty handed sincerely without any preconditions, and let freezing settelments only at the table....whatever dispute areas that Israel planned to build more,are mot even finallized yet, so what is so wrong about building more before the talks... then what is the use of any Talks if one side already decide many things before any agreement....if Israel builds more on disputed areas only after talks' final decisions...then they are guilty,. else who find them guilty? because pals say so>?

There are tens of thousands of people who will be grateful for an opportunity to come to Israel as guest workers. And do you want to know the best part? They won't try to blow us up.
