...rulings it does not like, and court has no recourse. Forged, fraudulent purchases of Arab property by Jews are common. Even when caught red handed with a forged document, there is no penalty. OK for Jews to cheat Arabs, at every level in Israel. A pattern that is duplicated around world with Jewish Oligarchs stealing foreign assets, resources, particularly in Russia, Ukraine, and other Eastern Bloc countries. 6 not mine.

Adam Eliyahu   (04.13.14)
Basically, the court had no choice. The real story is as follows. Jews bought the house. The purchase was documented and videotaped. They even hired the previous owner to do some renovations, which was also documented and videotaped. The house is located in an area that Jews are permitted to live in. The lower court ruled that the Jews' purchase was not legal but they also didn't rule that the house belonged to the previous arab owner. As usual, the Arabs do not have to prove any claim they make of ownership. And any evidence of Jewish purchase is irrelevant. Also, the cave of the patriarchs is NOT contested. It is under Jewish authority.

For five years the Jews were prohibited from living in the house they bought, even though there was never even a case for such prohibition.
