Oh, really? The Arab atrocities will stop when the "occupation" ends? The perhaps you can explain to us why the Arabs have been slaughtering us for 100 year, and for decades before there was an "occupation" or even a Jewish state. In the Hebron massacre of 1929 (to cite just one example), the Arabs murdered and mutilated 69 Jewish men, women and children, and maimed and raped hundreds? Was that because of the "occupation" too?

There's been an occupation for 2,000 years. First the Roman occupation, which morphed into the Byzantine occupation, and the Arab occupation, back and forth with the European occupation, more Arab occupation, Ottoman occupation, and British occupation. Until the partial liberation from occupation in '48, and then the more full liberation from occupation in '67, when the occupied Jewish population finally, after two millennia, threw off the yoke of occupation. It's ironic that the previous occupiers, the Arabs, call this "occupation." Since this is just the original population liberating itself. And they came here as occupiers in the first place.

According to the Bible, the original (or at least the ones there before the Jews) were the Canaanites. So your description is invalid, even if you claim that G*d approves the displacement of the Canaanites.
10. #3, is correct. Arab occupation of Middle East must end

When the "Occupation" ends - my ass. This is just straight out murder - deadshits trying to justify it are just part of the problem.

If there were any evidence over the last 3,000 years that any Canaanites existed anymore, then you'd have an argument. But the Arabs appeared here in the 7th century. They did not claim descent from the Canannites .... they came as conquerors and occupiers. No one has ever claimed descent from the Canaanites. If the Jews had disappeared from history as the Canaanites did, then this conversation wouldn't be happening.

You talked about "the original population liberating itself", implicitly referring to the Jews. I demonstrated that the Jews were not the original population, at least in the biblical narrative, and you try and make a point out of the fact (?) that the original population is no longer identifiable. Whereas this may well be true, it does not affect the point I made, and your statement about the "original population" remains invalid.

According to Amy's argument, if the Jews had been exterminated, then the Romans would have the moral high ground for claiming the land of Israel. That can't be right?
