AFP reporting that the mysterious blast was in the Hamas' armed wing's The Ezzerine al-Qassam Brigades; site east of the city of Khan Yunis. All 3 killed were in their 20s- 5 other seriously wounded. The last 'mysterious blast' in Rafah was during a 'Training Session in Bomb-Making'- then 1 killed and 6 wounded- all al-Qassam Brigades members.
