muslims have committed numerous horrific acts of terror in the united states, but the obama regime punishes israelis. when obama became president, the size of the us embassy in israel was hugely increased with the sole purpose of spying on israel. obama's nsa spies on ordinary american citizens on a daily basis, but the obama regime accuses young israelis of spying in the us. of all those caught spying on the us in america, one cannot think of any who were israeli by birth. the policy stinks and is typical of the obama regime.

in theory israel could ask for visas of american tourists. that way those few who get scrutinized at ben gurion now would get equal treatment with the rest of americans. a better suggestion is for israel to withhold intelligence it gatthers from the antisemites at the various american intelligence communities.

Equal treatment is a US principle. There is a working group looking at the issue. So long as the same identical treatment results from both countries to all travelers from each country, WITHOUT exception. That would be fine. If you want to stop sharing intelligence, that too would be OK. Doesn't seem to be of much value with KC or Boston or Spokane or the Sikh Temple or the next thing probably from the Nevada Militias.

The possibility of Israelis spying on America is not something the average American worries about, mainly because no Israeli entering the US has ever been caught spying on America. On the other hand, the revelation that every phone call and e-mail sent be every American is spied on by the US intelligence community is a major outrage in the US, that has caused the Obama regime and the "intelligence community" to run for cover. The justification, that this broad domestic eavesdropping on all communications by all Americans is necessary to prevent terrorism, has been thoroughly disproven, based on phony NSA documentation, all the terrorist acts that were prevented were stopped by other intelligence, not the domestic spying. America is far more afraid of the NSA and the CIA than they are of Israeli "spies".

equal treatment originates in the torah. Leviticus 19:18 "Thou shalt not take vengeance nor bear grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am G-d." Leviticus 19:34 "The stranger that sojourneth with you shall be unto you as the native-born among you, and you shalt love him as thyself: for you were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am G-d, G-d of you all." These are fundamental principles of the Torah, "Torath Kohanim."

They can't say it openly but the true is that US doesn't want to have the 20% of Israeli Arabs entering US freely.

Allowing all Israelis in would mean also allowing 1.5 million Arabs in. It is probably in both countries best interest to require visas and weed out the Arabs (aka potential terrorists)
