The rapid and precise diplomatic actions taken by Abbas are exactly what the Palestinian cause needs. They are causing more damage to the apartheid machine than all of Zawahiri´s empty populist slogans. He is right. Abbas is not Islamic enough. He is not comporting himself like a devout Muslim would. That is why Hamas threw Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah out of Gaza. There is no co-existence between Islam and a Jewish state. Hamas charter calls for Israel's obliteration; not two states for two peoples. Zawahiri, al-Qaeda, Hamas, etc., these are devout Muslims representing authentic Islam and Abbas knows it.
