apparently, marijuana is not the only thing that makes people stupid - should we also ban the right-wing politicians that you've obviously been listening to?
the argument for legalization is not that marijuana is harmless (neither is alcohol or tobacco), but that the harm to society from prohibition (incarceration, organized crime, lack of access to rehab) is actually greater.
if you are really from france, would you also want to outlaw alcohol? you see, it's not illegal to be stupid...
