1. Hollande dreams of France being a great military power again
zionist forever   (04.20.14)
France hasn't been a great military power since WW1. In WW2 they came out with their hands up and said we surrender, left the British & Americans to save them, after the war they joined NATO which makes them feel important but without the US leading NATO operations France would be a nothing. France was eager to go to war with Libya and Gadafis antiquated military because Libya had oil the Europeans buy alot of. France overshadowed the US in Libya that wanted to keep intervention to minimum and now Holande wants the US to do the dirty work in Syria and France will eagerly join in the fight and come out of it looking like a great power. The US has Congressional elections this year, the Democrats desperately need to take back some seats so last thing they need is for a Democrat president to launch another military campaign even if its just air strikes. Obama will look for an easy way out of this to avoid the need for military action, most probably he has been on the phone to Putin and told him to control Assad.
