1. 49 lines are only the first phase in their plan
Jaffa and Haifa   (04.24.14)
Hamas and the Fatah never gave up over Jaffa and Haifa. Establishing a Palestinian state in the 1949 cease fire lines as borders is only the first phase. The next one will be acting to achieve autonomy to the Muslims living in the Galilee and the Negev. This is why Israel demands the PLO to recognize Israel as the Jewish state.
2. Leftist opinion a perfect reverse barometer.
Chaim ,   Israel   (04.24.14)
The Fatah/Hamas unity deal marks yet another major issue in which Israeli leftists are completely wrong. Think about this. With absolute 100 percent reliability, leftists have been infallibly wrong on EVERY single major issue since Israel was founded. This makes leftist opinion a perfect reverse barometer.
3. Three Nonnegotiable Conditions
emanon ,   USA   (04.24.14)
1) disarmament of all arab terrisit organizations (Hamas, Fatah. Et al); 2) full recognition of Israel's right to exist 3) Jerusalem, undivided, is Israel's capital and belongs to Israel forever. After that, total independence of a new arab state can be discussed.
4. violence and 67 borders
Larry ,   LA (formerly)   (04.24.14)
Oh such BS! the only thing that they will agree on is that according to the Koran to keep up the aggression and lies. Violence and terror bring Islamic victory (in their eyes). and US is will to give them money to act as if they are good guys.
5. What a bladdy cheak!! He says Israel doesn't want peace!!
Brett L ,   JHB RSA   (04.24.14)
I am quite sure hamas want peace far less than the Israelis!!
6. DEEP within the 67 borders
Jacob E ,   Holon, Israel   (04.24.14)
They are not getting the 67 borders exactly, this was never going to happen. They might get a state and it will be within the 67 borders, but deep within. If they want anything close to that, they would need to publically say that the 67 war was a mistake, the 73 war was a mistake that the fighting and intifadas were mistakes and they apologize to Israel and to Allah for these mistakes. Furthermore for the aggression against Israel that they will admit was a mistake, they will pay reparations to Israel for damages caused and lives lost. Of course this will never happen, but it would be fun to think about.
7. This Is Nothing But arab Taqqiya
(04.24.14)
Does hamas know Five arab states Attacked Israel in 1967 AND LOST!!! The Conqurer Decides What the terms are, Not The Loser!!! These primitive Cult members need to Show their Charters and The Languge Such as the Destruction of Israel and the Extermination Of Jews in their Ancient Home Land!!!
8. Hamad is just mad. (And stupid.)
David ,   Hartford USA   (04.24.14)
The '67 borders are a basis for nothing. What's on the ground today will be a basis for borders. Since Hamas's favorite 'diplomatic' tactic is to throw opponents off rooftops, I suspect Bibi will just tell the 'unity PA government' to go to hell, which would be the only proper thing to do. Abbas is playing games because he doesn't want peace. If peace happens, he's out of a job and power, and will have no access to the donor billions. The Arab leadership only cares about itself- just look at every Arab country in the world- all corrupt. Israel needs to annex Judea and Samaria, call it 'Palestine' if they must, and make the laws so everyone is safe. There is no other way. Anyone who doesn't accept it can move to Gaza or Jordan. (But I don't think many will- they know their 'difficult' life in Israel is still so much better than they could ever hope for in any Arab country.)
9. ENEMY AGREEMENT FOR CONTINUED TERRORISM
stude ham   (04.24.14)
IAF - keep flying strong against these perverts. IDF - pursue them in great anger and destroy their unbearable evils.
