How many years did Abraham and Sarah ask for a child? How many years did Isaac and Rebecca ask for a child? Was it insanity to continue to ask the same thing over and over again, expecting different results than barren-ness? No, it was faith. People who do the same thing again and again without a different outcome have FAITH that if at first they don't succeed, they try, try, again. Abraham in all his life did not see the promises of Elohim to him and his descendants, but he still believed year after year after decade after decade because he has FAITH that the promises of Elohim were real and would come to pass even if he did not see them in his life time.
