1. Israel is to blame
Yechiel   (05.14.14)
"Israel suspended the talks the day after Abbas's unexpected pact with Hamas, which it regards as a terrorist group, a step that appeared to be the final nail in the coffin of the US-sponsored negotiations." Fatah/PLO was also once a terrorist organization! This is a classic Netanyahu stalling tactic. Israel must join the nations in the region in peace. This will open up more economic opportunity. If Netanyahu is not prepared to be a statesman Israel needs someone who will compromise. Someone like Menachem Begin.
2. Hamas can onlyAccept Covert Quiet
Zechariah   (05.14.14)
Hamas can only support Covert Quiet and Rejects Jewish Soldiers in an international Force in and Around the Jordan Valley .But if it can be Proven that such a Force will Protect the Holy Land from WMD attack with huge collateral destruction from PychoForces Hamas ought covertly accept .

5. Hamas demands on the PA are aready mounting
Sammy ,   Newcastle   (05.14.14)
And Abbas whatever the cost seems determined to let THEM dictate and hand over the West Bank to them on a plate Has he not looked at what Hamas have done for Gaza? They have destroyed Gaza and now Abbas wants MORE OF THE SAME for the West Bank
6. Random thought
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (05.14.14)
I think that Israel should refuse the delegation passage at Erez. I think that the Fatah delegation should head to Amman, fly to Cairo, and then make their way to Rafah. Assuming the Egyptians permit them to cross the border -- not likely. They can shout their unity discussions across the fence. No reason for Israel to make their lives easy, you know.
7. #1, Achmed, there is no Peace anywhere in Middle East
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (05.14.14)
Why do you think your brothers want to have Peace with Jews when they don't have it with each other?
8. To: No. 1
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (05.14.14)
Oh, shut up Yahiya. You're not fooling anyone. By the way, Fatah and the PLO (the umbrella organization encompassing about thirty "Palestinian" terrorist organizations) are still terrorist organizations. Read their charters, why don't you?
