When will you learn to check the law before you start blowing air? The 2.5 million Arabs in Judea and Samaria are all Jordanian citizens, courtesy of Jordan's 1954 Citizenship Law, which bestowed Jordanian citizenship on all West Bank Arabs and their progeny (that's key), irrevocably. The International Court of Justice in The Hague has ruled, on each occasion, that an irrevocable grant of citizenship is precisely that -- irrevocable. The country of citizenship of an individual cannot refuse re-entry of its citizens. That's not a "magic trick;" that's black letter law. Israel is not going to "dump" anyone on any country. We are repatriating Jordanian citizens to the country of their citizenship. That's the real world, sluggo. Israel's clear right and title to Judea and Samaria are indisputable. Use your spyglass -- clean it first -- to scope out international law as concerns the acquisition of nonsovereign territory in a defensive war. Judea and Samaria are Israel's to settle, retain and even annex. That the Arabs therein are all Jordanian citizens is merely the icing on the cake.
