This is not what women are supposed to do and be. It is also a bad image for Israel, just as bad as the gun bearing child "commandos" that Hamas cultivates. I have total respect for women and in fact regard them not as equal to men but better than men, but women in combat is wrong.

but unfortunatly, Israel's neighbors do not give it much choice. I would have personally preferred seeing my kids studying like kids their age all over the world instead of doing army service, but I understand the circumstance of their obligation and I am proud of them for what they did, including my daughter.
