Israel should continue to invest in it's airpower and intelligence regarding where Hezbollah is hiding it's weapons. So in case a war breaks out, most of Hezbollah's weapons can be taken out quickly. In the meantime Israel could make public on a website where Hezbollah is hiding it's weapons before a war breaks out. So civilians that live in those areas, are fully aware that they may be targets of an attack in case a war breaks out. If the Lebanese civilians have issues with that data, then they should allow the UN to investigate those site to either confirm or deny the presence of Hezbollah weapons there. In case it is confirmed that weapons have been found, then the UN should carefully remove those weapons from those sites, before the IDF can remove these locations from the website.
