Hey Mike, I don't know if you are a believer or not, but, most people (even the non holy rollers) generally attribute wealth, success, success of one's army to the man upstairs. Again, I am not trying to be holier than thou, but there are things that happen in life that transcend the temporal.

Oh yeah . . And where was the almighty when my fellow Jews were being marched to the gas chambers ? Probably taking a nap !

Mike, I hear what you are saying and I would not pick a fight with you over this subject because it is painful to all of us. But that question and that subject are very deep and very complicated and of course there are no pat or easy answers. I encourage you to read books by survivors and ask questions.
