Not only that we treated Abbas' wife, we continuously treat hundreds of people from Syria. At first it was a few people here and there wounded in the battles there but now, as I've heard, we treat Syrians with all kind of medical problems that have nothing to do with the fighting that is going on in their country. Every Syrian who feels like getting a free moderm medical treatment from the state of Israel just crosses the border. He/she knows that we Israelis will not hurt them. On the contrary, the soldiers pick them up and deliver them to one of the Israeli hospitals in the north where the state of Israel gives them free of charge excellent medical treatment, while we Israelis pay dearly for the treatment we get, and we also have to pay the millions of shekels the treatment of the Syrians cost. I don't mind if there were Syrians who were really taking part of the fightings who were desperate with no where to go who turned to Israel, but now it turned to - you're a Syrian and want to get a free of charge medical treatment in a modern hospital? no problem, go south to Israel, the suckers give it for free.

Human Rights organizations DO report negative events in these countries, but the news media rarely mentions them. Events "caused by Israel" are routinely AMPLIFIED by news media reports.
