If boys are released unharmed, ban all visits by them to the West Bank for 3 years. If boys are harmed permanently ban any rights of visitation to WB. To be in effect after their release. Make this public info.

How about solitary confinement 23 hours per day; no visits with family; no contact with other prisoners; 1 hour exercise in a dog run daily -- alone; no visits from the Red Cross, Red Crescent, or any other "organization" purportedly devoted to human rights (terrorists do not have human rights); no commissary accounts; no educational courses; one Bible or one Qu'ran and no other reading material); minimum required daily nutritional content, and nothing beyond; no coffee; no tea. And very DEFINITELY no release prior to the termination date of sentence.

No more visits, no electric appliances including computers, and no "educational and academic programs". What a sick joke! Feed them rat meat and let them rot in the dark.

Actually, the West Bank will be annexed and will be banned from visiting Israel, period. They will be far too busy building a "palestinian" state in Gaza to have time to "visit" any place.

Israel does abide by international law.the settlement building are legal as the areas are not occupied but disputed.the so called West Bank was part of Israel according to many resolutions prior to1947.Superpowers detains prisoners without charging them, but according toUSA this is fine.

You are far too kind Sarah, I wouldn't even give them a qua-ran! Let them prey to what ever they have memorized in their heads! in fact, how funny would it be as the ultimate punishment they were allowed to read a series of fake newspapers chronicling the demise of Palestine so they can serve out their sentence in ultimate agony!
