You are simply asked to comply with numerous Chapter VII UNSCR's which forbid you to engage in nuclear activities or ballistic missile activities. You are not entitled to have nuclear weapons or the capability to manufacture nuclear weapons, per the NPT. Furthermore, dear Shia terrorists, you have murdered very large numbers of innocent children, women and men, for the sole reason of greed and religious zeal. As such, you should remain under sanctions for committing war crimes and crimes against humanity.
