The whole area should be cleared out of threat and a buffer of deterrence created. It should react forcibly to send the message of the consequences of attacking or killing Israelis both for the local conflict but for the wider unstable situation and kidnapping issue.

... regard to the civil war taking place in next door, Syria: 1) Don't redirect your fire and hit Israel. 2) Don't try to move strategic weapons to lawless organizations such as Hizballah. 3) Don't use chemical weapons. Each such move will cause Israel to react. Israel reacted, this time at the firing of an anti-tank missile fired at a group of workers involved, on the Israeli side of the border, in fixing the security fence. One teenager was killed and several adults were injured. Let us hope the Syrian forces and those who assist them - Iranian and Hizballah troops - will not repeat testing the resolve of the State of Israel. P.S. Ironically, the person killed was an Arab from one of the villages in the Galilee. Also, ironically, Israel continues to admit injured Syrians into Israeli hospitals, while the Syrian army kills and injures Israeli citizens.
