1. Wow ... scary!
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (07.03.14)
Has it occurred to these genetically defective "palestinians" that Israel can -- with very little effort -- arrange that there will be no one left in all of Gaza to fire a missile? Bomb, bomb, and bomb again -- going for a body count. Twenty-four hours; non-stop. Then ask Hamas to please repeat their threat about bombing Israeli cities. Go for the leadership -- and their families -- first. Cut of all electricity to Gaza. All fresh water. All humanitarian aid. They want to talk tough; that's fine. Give those cowardly terrorists a taste of what "tough" really means.
2. What happens in Islam, does not stay in Islam, Jihad Terror
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (07.03.14)
3. This is the Hamas that is now in the same "bed" with Abbas
N.L.Katz ,   Qatzrin, Israel   (07.03.14)
in the Hamas-Fatah new government; the very one that Mr. Obama and Mr. Kerry are so eager to work with. Also, this is the government that formally is committed to the elimination of all terror groups form its territory and the decommission of all illicit weapons. We, Jews, say: Never Again!!
4. Ya'alon for prime minister.
DOV ,   USA   (07.03.14)
5. Defence
Yvelar ,   Burlington, Canada   (07.03.14)
A strong and continuous offence is the best defence. Time to put away the kiddie gloves. Stop worrying about collateral damage. Obviously they don't nor did they ever. The place is ripe with tunnels so rock their earth. Hit them hard enough that they beg for peace. That's how it works.
6. THIS CRIMINAL 'UNITY' FARCE WILL BE CRUSHED
(07.03.14)
7. Bibi talk to them in the same language.
Anthony ,   usa   (07.03.14)
Instead of bombing empty training fields and boasting about it israel should fire the same way hamas does. Fire and see where it lands. That may give them a bitter taste of how the israelis live in, so they will be forced to think twice before any action they take.
8. well spoken Yaalon
Rabbi Yakov Lazaros ,   USA   (07.03.14)
Why should Israel be afraid of Hamas when they have a thousand times more firepower than Hamas has? If Bibi cant take the heat let him get out of the kitchen and let Yaalon or Bennett takeover. They will put a stop to Hamas and make them beg for mercy.
9. "islam"-"hamas" and Israel
Sjoerd van der Velde ,   Hoorn, Holland   (07.03.14)
The "islam"-"hamas" masked, criminal gang DEAD OR ALIVE, to get their punishment by Israel and by the other free and democratic world.. And the rest of the "islam" chaos, too. Middle-East/Israel, Israel/Middle-East, forever and always.MAY G.D BLESS THE JEWISH, ISRAELI PEOPLE, ZIONISM, JUDAISM AND ISRAEL (, too)!
10. ive had enough - im leaving
James ,   USA   (07.03.14)
I believe Hamas has better credibility than the IDF or security cabinet to stop these jerks. Things were bad before on a daily basis, now they are worse by the hour.
11. OK, don't play pussy foot anymore!
Koose E Mack ,   NY USA   (07.03.14)
No need to send troops into harms way...Rockets, Arty, and drone strikes can reduce Gaza to rubble. Disproportionate retaliation is in order...and please...pay no attention to world opinion.... They will hate us no matter what we do. Declare war on Hammas and rain Hell down on them!
12. Hamas threats...
yosef, phd ,   florida - israel   (07.03.14)
13. crush them. finally. enough is enough.
ralph   (07.03.14)
14. Hamas is not the only problem.
DOV ,   USA   (07.03.14)
Obviously an offensive into GAZA is a short term solution. How do you fight a terror organization that has a majority support of Gaza. Elected by the people. It's time we hold the population of Gaza accountable for Hamas. Treat them all as the enemy. Make them surrender and then rebuild just like the US did in Germany and Japan.
15. Netanyahu the coward
Druker ,   USA   (07.03.14)
This fellow before he was elected appeared to be a hardliner. Looking at him now and reading his empty threats, Israel needs to eject this guy into the Sahara desert and get someone who is not a total coward. This is totally sickening!
16. No one can listen this empty threats anymore.
Tomi Weiss ,   Israel   (07.03.14)
The prime minister has responsibility. Not to threaten every 15 minutes for months as no one takes him seriously. He was supposed to order the reoccupation of Gaza long time ago.
17. Bethany, the road to peace;
Erin ,   USA   (07.03.14)
Peace be upon Bethany, all of its neighbors, all of Israel, and all of Palestine. The murders of three boys is wicked. We shouldn't be involved with wickedness.
18. Translation
Chuck ,   SF, USA   (07.03.14)
What Hamas is saying is, "We will continue to rain rockets and mortars on you, and kidnap and kill your children, but don't you dare hit us back or we'll go whining to the UN, EU and BBC!"
19. Funny
Abu Arab   (07.03.14)
How the posters are from everywhere but Israel. Bunch of losers I must say.
20. Ya'alon
Nitirootman ,   Canada   (07.03.14)
Ya'alon is dead on. Israel is fighting an adversary that is motivated first and foremost by Islamic supremacy. Any concessions made will not change this mindset in any way. Islamic supremacy is pervasive amongst the majority of Israel's neighbours and it's internal Moslem population KNOW THINE ENEMY. DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. Do not pander to the EU and the current US administration. They don't care what happens to the Israeli people.
21. Brooklyn bums and Bronx Bombers
Avramele   (07.03.14)
The further one of our people are from Tel Aviv the more willing they are to engage in all out war. There will be few retaliatory casualties in manhattan, capetown and Toronto. Israel be smart and serve the response cold and with the eyes wide open.
22. "But they warned that rocket fire would continue until Israe
William ,   Israel   (07.03.14)
Doesn't work that way, Hamas. Either end the rocket fire or be repeatedly hit. You're the one violating the ceasefire, starting with your terror operations in the West Bank, so you're the one who needs to return to it. Until then, continue to hide in hospital basements and behind children.
23. enough is enough
bernhard ,   munich/germany   (07.03.14)
Bibi, enough is said. You and your colleagues have to act, definitely. Your people in the South demand more measures in order to stop the endless rocket terror of hamas.
24. Can do anything to us and we'll turn the other cheek
barbara ,   Haifa Israel   (07.03.14)
Are we repeating the Holocaust and turning the other cheek - accepting our enemy's punishment ? Where is Israel's backbone ? What country in the world would accept all these rockets falling on its sovereign land ?
25. appeasement of murderous terrorists leads to war
CJK   (07.03.14)
the west will pay a very heavy price for its continual appeasement of murderous terrorists.
26. Deterance
Arnold ,   Canada   (07.03.14)
I must agree with Minister Ayaalon that Israel MUST show her enemies her power or situation will get worst for the Jewish State.
27. Asking for calm
Phillip ,   Sydney Australia   (07.04.14)
Israel should act, enemies should be made to retreat in fear. This lack of adequate action is reminiscent of the Nazi era when millions went to their deaths without a whimper ("Never again").
