it's the arab terrorists who deliberately fire rockets at civilians, 2 or 3 miles away, hoping to kill and maim as many as possible. their biggest celebration was when they fired an anti-tank missile into a clearly marked schoolbus near the gaza border. the idf fires on terrorist targets, trying to avoid civilian casualties, despite the fact that the terrorists use their own women and children as human shields for their cowardly "fighters". the geneva conventions call that "perfidy", and define it as a war crime. (and hold them, and not israel, responsible for any casualties, by the way.) but otherwise, you're spot on.
