1. now that the mule obama has shown himself. attack strongly
ralph   (07.09.14)
fiercely with no mercy. when civilians take on soldier roles they are legitimate targets. why can we not hit more targets stronger?
2. Netanyahu Hamas will pay a heavy price
jon ,   uk   (07.09.14)
If Israel will wait too long Israel will pay heavy price cut their electric go in now and destroy all you can rocket factories rockets etc. where ever it is it will be with a great pain for Israel to wait may be too late and never mind about anyone who says RESTRAIN tell them to restrain them themselves from using this word
3. Body count
James ,   ISA   (07.09.14)
I'm only interested in the number of dead Hamas members. Eliminating missiles are one thing, eliminating those who make them, fire them, another. I expect a number in the thousands.
4. Danon is right
Brod ,   USA   (07.09.14)
They are firing rocket bombs at Israel relentlessly. Cutting of the supply of energy would quickly weaken HAMAS as the Tanks start rolling and do the finishing job of stamping them out.
5. What the Hamas are doing to Gaza
Sammy ,   Newcastle   (07.09.14)
Gaza will exact its price Hiding like rats in their bunkers and Mashaal reported to have already debunked abroad to stay safe! And as Hamas continue to escalate their futile venture...so Gaza is being reduced to a rubble And Gaza will have only Hamas to blame
6. No words, no lies, no doctored pictures
Sammy ,   Newcastle   (07.09.14)
Can cover up the SUPREME FACT That Hamas are a disaster That Hamas hold complete responsibilty for Gaza blood THEY started a war they KNEW would end in Israels Retaliation So NOW Hamas already bankrupt and wanting Sugar Daddy Abbas to bail them out have brought Gaza to its knees It is Hamas who have committed crimes against the People of Gaza and there is no amount of lies, cover ups and HIDING from it anymore Hamas have played their last throw of the dice for Gaza and LOST
7. Israel you have our full support
Tim ,   Brighton   (07.09.14)
We commend the leadership shown by Netanyahu and Yaalon IDF and the people of Israel our support is ROCK SOLID and will not waver
8. This is NOT a business deal!
Zelig ,   Memphis,U.S.A.   (07.09.14)
You exact a heavy price from a customer.Hamas is NOT israel's customer.Hamas is evil incarnate.Hamas needs to be defanged, declawed, deballed, and pasteurized. It is NOT ENOUGH to stop the rockets or kidnappings.Hamas schools need to be shuttered.Their textbooks need to be burned. The children need to be taught menshlichkeit.Nothing less than this will do.
9. Please...for the safety of the country...Stop talking
Al   (07.09.14)
Let the IDF do its work. They are there to protect the country. I only wish the politicos would learn to shut up. In all honesty no one gives a flying fig what you have to say. God Bless the IDF.. God Bless our soldiers..
10. Cut all services first. How dumb to wait this long
DOV ,   USA   (07.09.14)
11. Hamas will pay a heavy price
mat ,   uk   (07.09.14)
if its left too long Israel will pay a very high price Hamas and their associates learning from war to war & they r getting better knowing how Israel reacts and defend itself Hamas rockets are getting better and longer range and in time maybe next war all terrorists around Israel will attack at the same time & Israel will pay the heavy price Israel still worry how world opinion be if they will use stronger force and don't warn civilians where they going to bomb All know Hamas and their rockets hide with people and children Israel should tell US EU UN and all others come and stop the rockets if you don't don't tell us to use restraint we will use your methods we must defend our people at any price its only natural and a must
12. WHAT!?!? Still actually supplying us power & fuel!!!??
Lynx ,   Palestine   (07.09.14)
No wonder Israel has a problem. Its about time to get real. Yes there are humanitarian issues, blah, blah , blah - but at the end of the day THIS IS WAR! We will NEVER STOP until Israel is destroyed - how many times do we have to tell you!!!
13. Electricity and Water and Goods
Jake ,   Haifa   (07.09.14)
Why is Israel allowing any electricity, water or goods into Gaza? Did the UK export goods to Germany during WW2? Did the US export to Japan? Did they worry about the civilian populations of their enemies? Or did they understand that those societies as a whole had to suffer defeat? Cut off all supplies, surround Gaza with artillery and for every rocket, fire 10 shells towards the direction of the source of fire.
14. If you want to shoot: shoot, don't talk; Please Bibi!
tom ,   tel aviv   (07.09.14)
15. And in about three weeks...
TC   (07.09.14)
The usual crap will start: Obama, the UN and the EU will start pressuring Israel to stop at the very moment we are about to obliterate them once and for all. The same story again and again: Nobody's bored? Where are Shamir or Sharon?
16. @#12
LJ ,   Canada   (07.09.14)
You really make me smile. You live like rats in a sewer and are at the mercy of the Israelis. Yes, you talk about destroying Israel. You should be thinking about survival at this point, as it is not assured.
17. What ?
Arn. ,   Sweden.   (07.09.14)
I Quote - Netanyahu: Hamas will pay a heavy price Comment - so they have in the past and here they are. Now - se to it that this is the last time. Arn.Sweden.
18. Thank you Hamas for sending rockets to Tel Aviv
Chaim ,   Israel   (07.09.14)
and woke the sleeping unsympathetic overconfident left who had trouble relating with the daily rockets the south suffered for more than a dozen years.
19. To Hamas "a heavy price"
Chaim ,   Israel   (07.09.14)
does not mean cowardly destroying some empty buildings or cells after warning. To Arabs "a heavy price" means let's see how powerful you are and how many you can really kill?
20. More empty threats from King Bibi the Weak
(07.09.14)
This whole escalation is partially, if not mainly, the result of King Bibi the Week's indecisive bumbling, first through the "peace talks" farce when he allowed himself to be pushed into the corner by Oblabla and humiliated by Abbas, culminating in his failure to destroy Hamas after the murders of the 3 boys, all the while accompanied by his empty threats which have emboldened Hamas to attack Israel. Get rid of Bibi! Israel needs a real leader, not a pathetic bluffer. FEIGLIN FOR PM NOW!
21. New warning...
yosef, phd ,   florida - israel   (07.09.14)
A coward who begins to ACT like a hero is still a coward in his heart. Bibi, in your case turning off electricity, fuel etc. to the thugs, (at least partially) would be a real test as to whether you also are beginning to shed your age-old hypocrisy. In addition, if you are still pussyfooting with "civilian shields", the war you are proclaiming so loudly, would always be a coward' s choice and decision, with treasonous loss of precious Jewish soldiers' lives and obsequious panhandling towards the Goyishe" world....
22. hamas terrorists still have huge numbers of missiles
CJK   (07.09.14)
they still have hundreds of syrian made long range m302 missiles. it is obvious that hamas terrorists want to inflict heavy casualties among the civilian population of israel. they are being helped by hezbollah and iranian engineers to improve the range of these missiles. hamas cannot be allowed to survive this outright attack on Israel's civilian population. netanyahu must order tzahal to do all in its power to clean up the viper's nest of gaza.
23. Do a thorough job this time.
Harry Wright ,   UK   (07.09.14)
Sanitize the vipers' nest. The last thing you would want is for them to "learn" from this round so that they hit you harder the next one. There must be no next round.
24. IDF has thousands more targets in Gaza
observer ,   Egypt   (07.09.14)
exactly 1.500.000 human-beings
25. Another shmoozer yapper
Jhan   (07.09.14)
Prediction: IDF will fail to destroy the `Azans once more. Nothing wil change.
26. Azans voted for hamas
Jhan   (07.09.14)
The population is Hamas. The IDF is continuing to pinpoint target and therefore has already lost this war at all levels: militarily, psychologically, economically, politically etc. Losers...
27. Pathetic and more pathetic
Druker ,   USA   (07.09.14)
"If there is no quiet - we will act" and "Hamas will pay a heavy price for firing on Israeli citizens" ...and again "If there is no quiet we will act" ... if these are not the words of a total coward, nothing else is. Can one imagine having something like this in power during the 6 day war or any other wars before the '80's? How can anyone take a leader like this seriously? A total coward! Israel needs a new leader!!!
28. Why is this war going so incredibly well?
meir elazar   (07.09.14)
Thank G-d we don't have Olmert, Livni, or Barak any more. Only they could lose a war against an inferior, immoral, impotent enemy. Only they could surrender while IDF pulverizes the enemy. Good riddance.
29. "If"
chuck ,   SF, USA   (07.09.14)
General Almoz, the only "if" that should be on the table is Haniyeh and Meshal marching down the main street of Gaza City jointly holding a white flag and begging for mercy!
30. number 15.
david cohen ,   china   (07.09.14)
where is shamir? this is a good question. where is sharon? don't ask for him. he is the one who destroyed the south by giving back gaza to the barbarians. this is what happens when people stop being "jews" and become citizen of the world..
