Hamas has not committed a war crime unless Israel accepts Hamas as a legitamite state/govt. They are not party to anything which simply makes them terrorist murders. Now Abbas on the other hand said he is going to the ICC. If accepted, that opens him up to war crimes. Abbas should have been arrested sometime ago. He incites terror and hatred and walks around in a suit. His only legitimacy is given to him by Israel.

The world knows that HAMAS is a Terrorist Organization. It also knows that those who resort to ceasefire shows weakness and impotence.

Demilitarization of GAZA should only be a start of meaningful negotiations and not a onesided dictate. As well an honest independent exhamination of war crimes committed on both sides, HAMAS as well as the IDF, should be done (like the recent kill of 4 young children in GAZA harbor) Just like Israel has a right to defend itself, so should the freedomfighters from HAMAS be able to do. If Israel is allowed to fire missiles into a populated area and terrorize the people, so should HAMAS be able to fire their toy rockets.
