as a Turkish person living in Istanbul, I completely agree with the remark that it is extremely hypocritical to stay silent about what radical Islam and organizations like ISIS does and at the same time fiercely criticize Israel. This is a disease in Islam. Hypocrisy. The biggest problem with Islam is lack of self-criticism and unending self assuredness. Regarding the jewish bashin, some of the hate is historical, and is not just a muslim problem, in fact I would argue that there is the same, if not worse, potential of jewish bashing in the christian world. Though especially in the Muslim world, there is the problem of relentlessly opportunistic politicians who utilize Israel bashing as a political instrument.. This works especially in muslim countries due to lack of education. This hypocrisy, this backward mentality is hurting muslims themselves the most, and one day, they will have to deal with their backwardness, and small mindedness. They will have to reform Islam completely and look at themselves critically. Their hypocrisy will come and bite them in the ass one day. I hope very soon. But you have to understand, in Turkey, all the news talk about all the time is the dying children in Gazza, people get emotional, and when you are emotional, it gets easy to talk blind, it is so easy to be hateful against jews.
