What a joke ! Top Palestinian officials, especially the Hamas, Hezbollah and Islamic Jihad leadership and their operatives should be charged with war crimes and jailed for life for their multiple crimes against humanity. The crime of apartheid should be prosecuted against those Islamic jihadis who have just expelled the Christians in Iraq and Syria, under pain of death. In so far as the charges of attacks against civilians and excessive loss of human life are concerned, we can start with prosecuting ISIS, Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad and everyone who have aided and abetted them in their crimes while merely following orders.

The ICC is currently reviewing charges filed against Hamas for crimes against humanity, filed, I believe, by no fewer than six Arab states; Israel certainly can file charges with the ICJ for Hamas' war crimes committed against Israeli civilians. It would appear that "denial" is not only a river in Egypt ....

Since when is it against the law to defend your country? Hamas started the war, fired over 2000 missiles at Israeli civilians and refused to stop. The Palestinians are committing war crimes. That's apparent. Pay attention.
