No, in judaism people don't believe in "karma", thats from Indian culture... is peculiar of "gentle faiths" and theres no analogy between judaism and "hinduism" in that sense.

The Nazis spent years constructing steel-reinforced concrete bunkers for their V2 rockets and submarines. The British designed a "tallboy" and the Americans took it one step further with "Grand Slam". They weight 5 -10 tons and penetrate deep before they go off. They send shockwaves that will cause underground structures to collapse. This technology has been around since 1943 and I am surprised that Israel is not using it. When combined with modern guidance systems they can be very effective at destroying anything below the surface of the earth. Also, I am surprised that Israelis are not using an equivalent of sonar to map out the tunnels. The speed of sound in earth is about 3.5-4 times that in water, which means that the same sonar will be roughly 3-4 time more effective in ground than it is in water.
