My feeling is that when the dust settles Gaza will have a port, a small airfield, open borders, with Gazans leaving for Israel every morning for good paying jobs. They will have high rise apartment blocks, industrial parks with hoards of Israelis descending on them for shopping. They will have a thriving tourist industry and a casino to compete with the Taba Hilton. Hamas? Hamas who?

Islam will never love us on a National Basis there May be Individual Friendly Relationships but Tribally on the Herdal Basis Animosity and Bitterness Runs really Deep. But having Gazans live in Misery breeds Fanatacism like Hamas Islamic Jihad and Worse.

Self-delusion, wishful thinking, or both. The days of Zionism are numbered.
8. Make Gaza the Miami Beach of the M.E.
Robert ,   New Jersey, USA   (08.01.14)
After you rid Gaza of the Hamas cockroaches living in their subterranean tunnels, make Gaza into the jewel of the Mediterranean. Yes, there'll be plenty of jobs for residents who forswear violence against Israel or Israelis. Immediate deportation of anyone who refuses to take an oath of allegiance.
9. when the dust settles
y-man ,   budapest   (08.01.14)
Hamas will have smart missiles with chemical heads in 2 years. Netanyahu is obviously blackmailed to lose all the wars. Not crushing Hamas is a victory for Hamas.

So is with Hamas leadership hiding under a Hospital. Any military observer can tell you how dire Hamas condition is and it can barely survive only on the dead bodies of thousands of Gazans.
