The people here are inundated with one sided false reporting about the situation in Gaza. People normally here are I would say quite suspicious of Muslims and Muslim immigrants here. Particularly after 9/11. Most people know they come here and many do cause trouble particularly young Lebanese men. Who seem to have no respect for Australian women. Maybe they feel braver from all the fake reporting going on here and feel they can get away pulling crap like that.

Criminals in a prison take hostages. Would the world demand borders opened and free trade. I have never seen an administration make so many mistakes. Hamas is terror. They kidnapped, fired rockets mortars and bullets aimed to kill. They dug tunnels designed to raid murder and kidnap. The responses of world leaders is tragic. They pass on to the terrorists a message. The more you terrorise. The more we will recognise you and submit to your demands.

As much as I understand that you would like to distance yourself from the Middle East - you cannot distance yourself from being Jewish. We in Israel suffer daily from attacks; missiles and rockets - and we fight back. You need to fight back as well and be proud of who you are, which I am sure you are. You may not live in Israel - but you are Jewish. And for the mom that said her kids need therapy - I can understand that. Can you imagine what kids in Israel have been going through with sirens, terror etc.? I condemn all these attacks and just hope that you can do what you can for your kids and also for the State of Israel. We all need to go hand in hand to wipe out terror, wherever it is.
