Hamas is getting desperate. At a loss to understand how Israel managed to find and execute four of their most important leaders, plus the top commander of the Islamic Jihad, they are desperately trying to stave off humiliation by publicly executing innocent civilians. That's a war crime. Hamas is not capable of long-range planning. But Israel is. I guess Hamas never stopped to realize that they played straight into Israel's hands. Gaza will be demilitarized. Notice has been served upon Mashaal and Haniyeh (and, I might add, upon the fat boy in the bunker in Lebanon) that Israel can pick them off at will.
