since israel makes the best uavs, and dominates uav sales around the world, it is not unlikely that they shot down an israeli-built uav. but why would israel fly a long-range drone all the way from israel, when they have satellites? a single drone cannot carry enough bombs to destroy the natanz nuclear facility, so it was unlikely to be a bombing mission. and if it was destroyed before reaching its target, how could the iranians know where it was intended to go? sounds like it's time to get out the photoshop...

The Hermes 450 which they shot down is not a stealth drone it is a regular survailence drone with no stealth capabilities and UAVS are easy targets. Not much credit to be taken if you just shoot down a slow moving drone but if it was a stealth drone with radar evading capabilities now shooting down one of them is a major achievement worn boasting about. Let the Iranians have there victory at the end of the day all they diid was destroy a piece of equipment.

Israel has a fleet of UAVS based in the Kurdish regions of Iraq so it didn't fly all the way from Israel car from Iraq next door. UAVS can take better pictures than satellites and you can keep them in one place as long as you want but satellites have to make rotations of the earth so unless you have large satellite networks like the US you cannot get the 24/7 real time survailence a UAV gives you.
