Spillover? I don't think so! They're just testing the waters, as it were. All-out war is slowly...but, surely creeping with every, so-called, errant mortar that gets lobbed over the border. Since the Golan Heights are under Israeli occupation ('annexed'), one shouldn't consider the airspace as 'Israeli'.

The shell fell on Israel's side of the border. That's a big no-no. Israel needs to send a shell or two at the Syrians, and a shell or two at the irregulars. All sides in the fiendish conflict in Syria need to understand that they really must aim better. No shells in Israel. Otherwise, both sides of the conflict in Syria will pay a price. It might be a heavy one.
