1. Oh, well!

We did not want any ... but we have some ... so let's execute them. Beheading is so barbaric, but one must speak the language of one's opponents. Arabs are filth. Proven over time and again. These disgusting creatures disguised themselves as Hassidic Jews for one purpose, and one purpose only: to lure unsuspecting Jewish children into their car. They then proceeded to murder them. War criminals. War criminals are executable by hanging. Arab scum qua sin war criminals are therefore subject to hanging. Please; put them on the trap. If the State of Israel is shy or reluctant, I will happy spring the trap. Scum Arabs need to be hanged. If the State of Israel is too cowardly, I am more than blessed to step into the breach.

Why do we need to put them in prison? In order to exchange them later?
3. All this has its roots in swapping Shalit for 1000 terrorist

And indirectly also the War too!!! US and UK refuse point blank to swap hostages and are asking other countries like France Italy etc to stop this yielding to hostage takers!

The Israeli legal system tries to civilised and the courts are dominated by the left. What is going to happen to them is what they do with all the terrorists, they get to share a single block with each other have special privileges that common criminals do not get. When the next soldier or civilian is taken then they will be traded, may not be this government because right now they are trying to look as hardline as possible but certainly if the left got in where the attitude is there is no such thing as a price to high for the peace process, they would release every every murderer there is and give away Tel Aviv if that was the price of peace.
