The deliberate and purposeful tunneling activity, directly intended for use in order to kidnap innocent Israeli civilians, is a WAR CRIME. the deliberate positioning by Hamas of missiles and missile launchers in schools, hospitals mosques and civilian residential buildings, and endangering civilians in Gaza in the process, is considered a CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY. Moreover, here's a news flash: stockpiling missiles and missile launchers in schools, hospitals, mosques and civilian residential buildings has the effect of turning those schools, hospitals, mosques and civilian residential buildings into LEGITIMATE MILITARY TARGETS. Israel is responsible for the safety and well-being of Israelis. The safety and well-being of civilians in Gaza is the exclusive responsibility of Hamas. Obviously, Hamas does not care about civilians, and deliberately puts them in harm's way. But that in no way reduces the affirmative duty of the sovereign State of Israel to protect and defend its citizens. All the responsibility for the deaths of civilians in Gaza thus accrues exclusively to Hamas. Don't like it? Get rid of Hamas. Otherwise, quit bitching and moaning when Arab civilians die. Were it not for Iron Dome, can you imagine the carnage that would have ensued from 3,000 missiles hitting Israeli civilian population centers? Actually, that's not the case. Israel would not have tolerated missile fire on its cities. We'd have turned Gaza into a glowing cinder first. And no, legitimate self-defense by a sovereign state under attack from a terrorist rabble is NOT a war crime. I might advise you that you should pursue a law degree before making outlandish statements which could not be more wrong. You won't make nearly as big a fool of yourself as is presently the case.
