Israel's main security problem is a true lack of koach. There was a lack of koach to hold on to the West Bank, lack of koach to hold onto Southern Lebanon, a lack of koach to dig up the tunnels from which missiles are being fired from in Gaza. No amount of money will fix a lack of koach.
