1. T BlockedRight of Return For Jews 1882 onwards
Zechariah   (09.14.14)
Islamic Jihad and the Islamic Brotherhood with violence and torture fought against the Jewish escape to the Empty Spaces of mandated Palestine even the Negev. and Marshy Malaria infested swamps. The Nazis were then able to genocide the Jews.
2. Zionism is anti-semitism.

3. Resolution 194
albert snow ,   sweden   (09.14.14)
The author is right. 1. There aint such a thing in international law like "right of return". After no war ever people had the right to return. Not before ww2 and not after. 2. Israel was not a member state of the UN when it adopted the res. 194, so Israel could anyway not be bound to it.
4. Modern Zionism is a racist colonial regime
Non Jewish immigrant ,   Haifa   (09.14.14)
Modern Zionism is the leftovers of 18th century colonialist Europe White trash stealing lands, properties and abusing defenceless population. G. Moscatelli
5. The author is wrong
Stan ,   Israel   (09.14.14)
When he compares world reactions to things done by the IDF as opposed to things done by the armies of Britain and USA. All members of the UN (with the exception of Israel) consider the West Bank and Gaza to be Palestinian territory under Israeli occupation. As such Palestinians fighting to end this occupation cannot be compared to terrorist groups in Afghanistan, Nigeria (Boko Haram), Nicaragua, Colombia or any other country.
6. Prof. John Esposito is wrong
Stan ,   Israel   (09.14.14)
If he seriously believes that Israel will allow Palestinian refugees to ever return to Israeli territory. Negotiations must begin now for the establishment of a Palestinian state alongside Israel. Both sides have made mistakes in past negotiations and my impression is that Netanyahu is not truly willing to reach such an agreement. This would be tragic for Israel because TIME IS NOT ON OUR SIDE.
7. #3 Resolution 194: you r right, and...
Itzik ,   Israel   (09.15.14)
Resolution 194, being a General Assembly resolution is non-binding to begin with. UN General Assembly resolutions carry no weight in international law. But, even so, UNGA Res. 194 was rejected by the Arabs, only about 15 years later did they reverse their position and call for the implementation of the refugee clause, which comes only in the 11th paragraph and was dependent on the implementation of the preceding 10 paragraphs. UNGA Res 194 doesn't deal with refugees solely. Its primary purpose was to establish a mechanism to bring about peace talks between the Israelis and Arab states. This part the Arabs continued to reject.
8. @-#5 NO You're wrong.
Alexi ,   Earth   (09.16.14)
Original PLO Charter of 1964, "Article 24: This Organization does not exercise any territorial sovereignty over the West Bank in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, on the Gaza Strip or in the Himmah Area" You, and the rest have been lied to so often you've no idea what the truth is. The land was NEVER "Palestinian" land. It is disputed territory and telling people they can't live there because they're Jews is just more bigoted anti-Semitism. UN Res 242 stipulates a negotiated settlement. So far the Palis have rejected every single solitary one.

So what? Your simply blinded by hate.
10. Anti-zionism is anti-semitism
Shah ,   Peshawar, pakistan   (09.17.14)
The writer Be-Dror Yemini has tried to justify the "might is right policy". By citing examples of devilish acts in the history, he cannot convince the world to accept the devilish acts of Israel to deprive the people of Palestine of their homeland. Sooner or later they have to vacate the occupied land of Palestinians.
11. U MEAN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT
nafieh   (09.23.14)
You should have long been kicked out of this country to which u infiltrated, had it not been a humaniterian country in which an over liberal high court has the upper hand.
