Raqaa is hundreds of kilometers from places were war crimes perpetrated by Sunni against Christians, Kurds and Yazidi. Raqaa is the capital of IS because its population loves and supports IS.
Unlike Israel's attacks on Gaza that were intended to stop Hamas attacks on Israeli civilians, Obama's attacks on IS have no legal justification and are certainly war crimes.
This is especially true considering the reports of hundreds of non-combatants, especially babies, that Obama's bombing has caused.
