1. There's nothing about religion, that should bring "joy" to

one's mind. It's a poisonous concoction of superstition blended with rules for crowd-management. Oh, I almost forgot: a swell opportunity to get some virgin flesh as well! As means of "tradition/National Identity" we have to uphold these embarrassing outbursts of primitivism until one day (God willing) we shall be free of the shackles of religious oppression worldwide. Until then... Yalllah, dance with or without the chicken....:-))
2. To #1: Yeah, you're right

And while we're at it, let's not forget that hair-brained idea of Jews from all over the world claiming a tiny strip of land and displacing the indigenous Palestinian Arab population. I guess you are wishing that "God willing" we'll all free of the shackles of having to pay exorbitant prices for Milky and everything else, and we can all move back to Berlin, Cracow, or even NY or LA. At least we'll finally be free from the "poisonous concoction of superstition blended with rules for crowd-management." Whadaya say?
3. SIMCHAS TORAH
CAPTAIN SARCASTIC ,   SAFED CYNIC HOUSE   (10.17.14)
Recently ,last Yom Kippur ,in synagogue ,the Rabbi furiously censured me ,angrily asking " why are you constantly staring at the ladies sitting upstairs in the womens' section ( ezrat nashim ) ,do you not realize that today is Yom Kippur ,the Day of Atonement and the most solemn day of the year ? so why are you looking and lusting after the women ? " I of course replied : " Dear Rabbi ,true that today is ,in my heart ,Yom Kippur but in my pants it is Simchat Torah .....ha ha ha

our "values", because without them, as you rightly point out, we may as well be living in LA or Cracow, slurping cheap milky. I personally have done that, before emigrating here. As to "displacing" any population, I must send you back to school, where they may correct your hallucinatory grasp of local history. Generally speaking I am voicing a wish/dream for ALL religions to disappear. BTW: Judaism should be the last one to go.....:-))
