1. True, natural-born idiots have no Country & Flag: they are
(10.18.14)
loyal only to their diminished mental capacities and whatever follows as result of these. That goes for Israeli/Jewish cretins on the Left as well for their British counterparts. What's tragic is, that while here in Israel they are dwindling in their mass and influence, thus becoming irrelevant, in England they actively sink the once proud Empire(whatever's left of it). The same goes for the rest of Eurabia & it's lobotomised populace. One should think that with all the writing on the wall, it should suffice to possess mental capacity of an 8-year, to understand what's going on...? But then: how do we think Hitler came to power & the role he was allowed to play, in regard to ALL of HUMANITY?! We are one dumb bunch of Mo-fos!
2. the Europeans
(10.18.14)
''The Europeans are no different. They actually take to the streets. But never against the Jihad. It's always in support of Hamas,'' -- yes, far left anti-colonialists in all countries demonstrate for Hamas and against ''Islamophobia'' ( aka white people defending themselves against spread of Islam ) . But the other 90-95% of the population don't care one way or the other.
3. Right-wing tirades
Michael ,   Haifa   (10.18.14)
When it comes to facts, Ben-Dror Yemin is highly selective. He refuses to face the fact that our land theft over the Green Line is counterproductive towards any peace effort.
4. Islamists and the Marxists are in alliance
CJK   (10.18.14)
what these groups have in common is their disdain for individual rights and their fetishistic glorification of groups. in their simple minds, islam advocates for the poor and opposes white colonialism so islam must be supported. that is why lesbian groups support hezbollah, hamas, iran. this was explained by none other than judith butler, a radical feminininst, gender theorist, lesbian and descendent of holocaust survivors. hence, even though islamists despise and execute gay people, there are those in the community who support them out of a dogmatic ideology.
5. # 3 Thank you Michael

Every word a gem!!!!
6. Compare the comments
Stan ,   Israel   (10.18.14)
Faraz Kermani (Iranian?) has expressed logic and conciliation which all can agree with. In complete contrast, the garbage that spews from the mind of un-named # 1 represents the Jewish version of aims of someone mentioned in # 1's comment.
7. I CHALLENGE YOU, MR. YEMINI...
FO ,   Belgium   (10.18.14)
One sentence in your article struck me, and I quote: "Opposition to the settlement enterprise can and should continue". Unquote. Well, Mr. Yemini, there is no rule, no law, no article in International Law that can prevent the Jewish state to settle between the Sea and the Jordan River, including the Golan Heights. Just because the Mandate for Palestine, voted by all the 51 members of the League of Nations in 1922, has never been rescinded and can't be rescinded because of Article 80 of the United Nations Charter, engaging the UN to respect fulfill and implement all the League's decisions, including of course the Mandate for Palestine. The Mandate gave the Jews the IRREVOCABLE RIGHT to settle anywhere on the territory I mentioned before. The UNGA resolution 181 of November 29, 1947 was a NONE-BINDING proposal as are all the UNGA proposals, and in fact a violation of its own Charter, namely Article 80! Anyhow, Resolution 181 was rejected by all the Arabs states, so it went off the table! Furthermore Mr. Yemini, if you would refute the League's Mandate, than Israel has no legal recognized borders, the 1967 Green Line being a cease-fire line and not a border. Taking above in consideration, than all anti-Israeli decisions taken by the UNGA or UNSC are all in breach of their own Charter, Article 80! Even the Fourth Geneva Convention, used to accuse Israel of committing a war crime, by transferring its population into the so-called "West Bank" is a misuse. The "West Bank" isn't a High Contacting Party, as requested by the Geneva Convention for signing it, but a residual part of the Mandate for Palestine, intended to be part of the Jewish state. So Israel has to be convinced of not being a rogue state joining North Korea and Iran, as considered by International opinion, but must be convinced "being straight in its boots" concerning International Law, convinced of being the legal owner of the so-called "territories" and find the best possible solution concerning the Muslim living there (there is no Palestinian nation, nor are all the Muslims in the "territories" Arabs, the Turks having imported European Muslims after the passage of Napoleon in the neighborhood). Now, Mr. Yemini, I challenge you, have the guts and refute in a next article of yours, the arguments exposed in this post, in order to defend the sentence in your present article: "Opposition to the settlement enterprise can and should continue" Eager to read you soon!

When it comes to facts, you have a good imagination. The Green Line was never a border, not even an armistice line, but only a cessation-of-hostilites line by insistence of the arabs. The land theft was in the 670's AD; it is called the Muslim Conquest. The Jews are taking it back so there will be no more Auschwitz borders. The arabs still declare their intention of destroying Israel and killing all the Jews. Your words have no basis in fact nor in rational thinking; they are garbage.
9. #: Oh, I could mention my name, but that's beside the point.
(10.18.14)
What is to the point, is denying legitimacy to comments a la "Kermani". As I've mentioned: anyone over the age of 8 should be brutally aware of the true nature of Islam. Not "extreme Islam" but Islam, period. Just as there's no extreme Cholera or death, so is there no other form of that Uber-fascist ideology calling itself "Islam". It hides under the moniker of "Religion", but all Hitler had to do was to name himself a Deity and we'd have a Nazi-religion, so friggin' what?! There'll be no Two State solution if we value our lives even slightly. Islam will not reconcile with Christianity of Europe, so the morons in Eurabia (hopefully joined by you Stan) will disappear one way or another. I'm afraid it'll be the "another way".... dumb a a doornail you are Sir!
10. # 3 Your typical leftist crap
Moshe ,   Israel   (10.18.14)
So can you tell us why there was no peace with the Arabs before the beginning of the "land theft" in 1967 ? I'll spare you typing the answer – Because Tel-Aviv, Beer-sheve and whole Israel within the green line, including your home, are regarded by Arabs as stolen/occupied land.
11. Yemini is against any lands grab
Dana ,   NY, NY   (10.18.14)
You distort Yemini's views, who repeatedly writes against the settlement and the one state solution, from left or right.
12. For now Palestinians Interim Autonomy
Zechariah   (10.18.14)
Realism with the Attitude of the Jews even Some Arabs is with the Status Quo .But there are still empty areas to offer to be shared by Jew and Arab .Rejection of the 1947 Partition Plan November 1947 was a big Mistake born of Spite and Lack of an internationalist Humanitarian World Committment .
13. In 1948 the eruo-faux-jews owned 7% of
JRS   (10.18.14)
Palestine. Through genocide and deception jews now control 100% without pay an additional penny. Gaza and West Bank are concentration camps exceeding what ever the Nazis had
14. Does Nethniho want peace?
Jon ,   USA   (10.18.14)
We can not control what others are doing. So instead of whining, lets find out: Does Israel want peace, or settlements are more important? We know the answer, so do not go whining about others, Israel made its decision, and it is not in its interest in the long run.
15. # 14 Partition of West Bank
Moshe ,   Israel   (10.19.14)
Most of the settlements are not obstacle to peace, because the overwhelming majority of Israelis, led by Netanyahu, view Judea and Samaria as part of their homeland, and Israel, in any peace treaty, will not return to the 1966 lines. These are the intransigent Palestinians who block a peace agreement, by refusing, inter alia, to divide the West Bank between the two nations.
16. wouldn't it be nice if
Jake ,   Jerusalem   (10.19.14)
The idealism of the left of all living together in peace and harmony may sound great, but most people have left the left due to the realism of the Arab hatred of all of us, regardless if we are Lefties or Righties, or are religious or secular, or if we live in the settlements or the coastal cities, they hare us, period. Now that we realize that the leftest ideolgy does not aline itself with reality, we have to make a decision. A normal person will leave the ideology and protect himself. A person who is less than normal will continue believing 'bubba-maisim' inspite of the reality. That is the left today.
17. #13 jrs, #14 jon - 2-ridiculous posts 3

1. Jews were attacked starting from the 1800's. Six arab armies attacked in 1948, after telling their fellow arabs to get out of the way. The Jews won. No apologies. The concentration camps are those camps set up by the arabs, where their "brother Palestinians" are forced to stay. Meanwhile, Israeli arabs vote, are in government, sit on the Supreme Court, and go to the same hospitals as Jews to be treated by the same Jewish and arab doctors and nurses. 2. Israel is willing to compromise. The arabs are not, as shown by their rejection of plans that even Carter, Barak and Olmert were shocked they didn't accept. They have shown they will only "accept" every one of their demands being met , no compromise. Meanwhile Hamas still threatens to wipe out Israel and kill the Jews, and teaches their children (!) to be shahids, while the PA will not allow one Jew in, while claiming that all Jewish sites (the Temple Mount, Rachel's Tomb, etc.) are Muslim. Add to that all the wars the arabs started; they made their decision, and they are not interested in peace, but in obliterating Israel and the Jews, no matter how long it takes.
18. The Palestinians will never sign an agreement
Zev ,   Israel   (10.20.14)
that recognizes Israel as a Jewish State no matter what they are given. The sooner everyone realizes this the sooner we can get on with our lives.
19. # 8 solomon
Stan ,   Israel   (10.21.14)
You should know, you live in bklyn, and we live in Israel. I suppose that you mean that the bible is the deed of ownership because God told the Israelites to destroy all the tribes living here and to take their land.
20.  #19 stan 2
solomon ,   bklyn   (10.22.14)
1. No, I am simply saying that the "Palestian" 'ancestral' claim to the land and their insistence that everything we consider Jewish is really only Muslim (Temple Mount, Rachel's Tomb, Abraham, Moses, etc) is garbage. There were two invasions: the Jews in BC, the arabs in AD. Israel acknowledges the arabs' right to remain (as long as they stop trying to kill Jews as their raison d'etre), yet the arabs do not acknowledge the Jews' rights, even their existence. (Read post #17) 2. The Philistines faded from history, as did the Amalekites, as did the Nabateans, as did the Cananites, as did every other group that they and you attempt to resurrect as "Palestinians". The "Palestinians" were the Jews; there is no record, written nor archeological, to prove all your fantasies. The arabs came with the Muslim Conquest of the 670's AD(!). Your wild imagination cannot make fantasies into facts, even if you wish it so. 3. The place of one's residence does not give one an advantage in the facts of history. People living in Israel have a better feel for facts on the ground, but not history. Nice try. 4. For the record, even though it matters little, I have lived in Bklyn, Boston, Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
