Silwan had always been home to a large community of Yemenite Jews. The Arabs came in, did their violence and terrorist shtick and drove the Jewish owners from their homes. Now, the area is being reclaimed by its rightful owners. Stealing a home doesn't make it yours, no matter how long you squat therein illegally. There is no "squatter's rights" to homes in Silwan -- they ALL belong to Jews. And now we are reclaiming our property -- even to the point of paying to reacquire that which is ours. If the Arabs who illegally descended upon Silwan don't like it, they can leave. We should rename it Kfar Shiloah, which is the name it held for thousands of years.
