1. why "alleged"
(10.31.14)
Why is Hijazi called the "alleged" shooter of Rabbi Glick? Islamic Jihad of which he is a member took responsibility for him and the attack, and confirmed that he died in a firefight with Israeli forces. Mahmoud Abbas president of the PA praised Hijazi for the murder attempt, saying it was a deed of Arab heroism.
2. No Abbie they are human beings...they aren't always angry...
Sally Forth ,   Israel   (10.31.14)
Just like you sometimes they have good days and sometimes they have bad days. Just like you they work, eat, sleep and go to parties. and just like you they are human beings. Deal with it...be more respectful towards your fellow man...

4. Since We ALL Know What's Coming...
Yishai Kohen ,   YeShA, Israel   (10.31.14)
Shut down Har HaBayit 100%, deploy troops and polica as needed, and take no crap. This is a no-brainer. And if they don't do this and there is violence, heads should roll.
5. Is this the Status Quo Kerry is insisting on?
maddad ,   Johannesburg RSA   (10.31.14)
Oooops I forgot: It's all because Jews want to pray on the Temple Mount - which is an offence to Islam. Sorry Jews - you know your place
6. Just shoot the rioters
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (10.31.14)
Live fire. What, are we supposed to remain hostage to rabid Arab rodents? I don't think so. They either behave, or they get very dead. At least until we annex Judea and Samaria and ship their sorry asses to Gaza. We will not be intimidated in our capital city. Teach those miserable Arab terrorists a lesson they will not soon forget. Every rioter that is arrested -- the homes of his extended family get blown up, and homes for the Jewish people built in their stead. We will NOT be held hostage in our homeland and in our holy capital city. Better still -- blow up the Al Aqsa mosque. Didn't the Arabs blow up forty-seven synagogues in 1948? Including the beautiful and ancient Hurva Synagogue. So, the Arabs will be getting off rather easily. We're only going to destroy one mosque. Not forty-seven. Although I wouldn't mind blowing up forty-seven mosques; they are not housed of worship; they're working places for inciteful, screeching imams. Jerusalem is the eternal, undivided capital city of the Jewish state. Anyone who thinks otherwise is free to leave now; or wait for deportation. It's coming.
7. Why not one day prayer for Arabs + one day for Jews
barbara ,   Haifa   (10.31.14)
As for their day of rage - after attacking Jews and subsequently Arab killers get their punishment or death - you know where they can put it.
8. As for Jordan's comments - tell Arabs to stop
barbara ,   Haifa   (10.31.14)
attacks, killings and incitements and then they would get their sacred mosque.
9. #2 sally
solomon ,   bklyn   (10.31.14)
It would be easier if we saw more respect from the arabs and the Muslim religion. The normal people are there, but they seem to be few and far between. Open your eyes and deal with it.
10. Where are the MKs Joint Appeal for Calm?
Tim ,   Brighton   (10.31.14)
Where is that Zombie ZOABI The Finger Wagging Self Seeker in cohorts with PA troublemakers gets the youths in Jerusalem worked up and when it gets out of hand and the very same youths get injured she blames Israel and then disappears into thin air Most Arabs in Israel are comfortable with their Israeli identity You only have to meet them abroad - many the most vociferous advocates for Israel and proud of Israels achievements in TOTAL contrast to the dead beat Zoabi who wants to reverse it all And the Diaspora can play a part to counter her toxic narrative Make contact with Israeli Arab Community Leaders, Israeli Arabs in Business and Professions and invite them to give talks in Synagogues and Community Centres to enhance their feelings of inclusion in the Greater Israeli Society
11. Religion an Excuse for Violence
Joe Mevorah ,   Lincoln, USA   (10.31.14)
Religion is always an excuse for violence. Why not take the thoughts of the wise old sage Hillel who stated what is wrong and hateful to you do not do to others. Perhaps that's to sensible a solution. In the mean time, hate monger on both sides use religion as an excuse for violence, and Ynet keeps printing their garbage
12. To # 6
Joe Mevorah ,   Lincoln, USA   (10.31.14)
You are a sick woman who feeds on violence. I do want to stress that thoughts such as yours will only perpetuate more death and destruction.
13. The world should respect the God of Israel
SovereignJohn ,   Nigeria   (10.31.14)
Temple mount should be restored to the Jews, the whole land of palestine belong to Israel, that mosque should be demolished by jewish and christain faithfuls, Israel should be strong and courageous to deal with all Islamic menance and terrors, if any muslem want to pray let them go to their mosques in Saudi Arabia,no one should pollute our HolyLand with false religion,
14. Why Don't We a Ever Hear About
(10.31.14)
North Jerusalem, South Jerusalem or West Jerusalem? Hey What About East Bank???
15. Can Some Informed Elderly Israeli Please
(10.31.14)
Tell me why the media Perpetuates Myths Like Sectioning off Jerusalem? Or why Not Refering To Judea And Samaria As Such??? Shabbat Shalom/Baruch Ha Shem
16. Such a sad and sorry world
Raptor   (10.31.14)
we live in when a bunch of stones become sacred and a human life expendable. It is inconceivable that any human is prepared to lay down his life, or take that of another, for a heap of stones. How religion has warped the minds of men and twisted his values. The Western Wall was built by one of the most vile persons that ever lived. The Mosques were built by incensed conquerers and for all this people are prepared to die and kill. How sad.
17. Of course ....
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (10.31.14)
... Israel can hold its own "day of rage" protesting open Arab violence and terror against the Jewish people. Or we can simply get rid of the source of the rage, violence and terror. Throw the Arabs out. Surely they will be much happier in a primitive Arab country -- let's send them to one. They're all equally good candidates.
18. Sarah B. Your ideas a false flag of humanity
(10.31.14)
I make no excuses for what we Jews did to carve out a Jewish, Zionist and democratic state of our own. We did what we needed to do and refrained from what we believed was beyond the pale. Hamayvin yavin. However, from Ben Gurion to Jabotinsky we knew that we would ultimately be sharing a land with others. Their dignity, their humanity and basic human rights cannot and should not be willed away. Fools that some of us are, we work for compromise and, as distant as it sounds, eventual understanding and reconciliation. That is our "Third Temple".
19. Temple Mount is Judaism's holiest site
CJK   (10.31.14)
the conquering colonizing arab muslims appropriated the temple mount and built a mosque on top of the ruins of the two jewish temples where kings, priest, prophets and common people prayed. arab muslims always built their mosques on top of native religious sites as a sign of conquest and religious superiority. muslims in general always converted native religious edifices into mosques. such was the case with hagia sophia which was immediately upon conquest was converted into a mosque, the people enslaved and the church looted.
20. preparing for violent riots
jon ,   uk   (10.31.14)
spray the rioters with coloured water so they can be picked up later or better still throw fishing nets from helicopters and they wont be able to run away and no bullets and never mind what UN EU and all others will say the famous word disappropriate
21. To: No. 12
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (11.01.14)
You're entitled to your point of view. Although I doubt you have the qualification to formulate one, at least as concerns me. You just have yourself a really nice life in that bastion of intellectual thought and higher education -- Nebraska. Hard to keep from laughing while writing that! Do a little research into what the great State of Nebraska did to native Americans, why don't you? Planning to return your home to them any time soon? Didn't think so.
22. # 21 Sarah B score Sarah B 100 Joe from Omaha 0.
