Obama can not defeat ISIS if he does not remove Assad. Even if Obama becomes Assad's ally ISIS can not be defeated that way. The root cause is very clear, I'm very sad and sorry that Obama has been blinded to not see it. Obama's actions speak much larger than his words. The U-turn was a disaster and today he continues in his stubborn ways to oppose all regional cooperation to remove the real cancer and rather deal with its symptoms.
